Overview
Group training sessions are conducted on a weekly basis and should begin once
the weather allows for it. Check the schedule below for tentative start dates.
Also check the News or Events
Calendar
for any one-time special training sessions or events that we may conduct
throughout the year.
Attention
Any member who wishes to join in our group rides or swim workouts during the
2008 tri season must fill out the appropriate release forms in
order to be allowed to participate. You can download the appropriate forms
below to sign and hand in at the next workout you attend, or waivers will be
on-hand for you to sign on location.

Group Workouts
North Andover Group Ride -
Saturday morning rides now begin at 7:30AM
from the Hermann Youth Center Parking Lot at 33 Johnson St North Andover Mass.
These rides are 30.5 miles through Boxford and Georgetown and are for all
levels of riders and will continue through the end of September.

Take exit 43 (MASS. AVE.) towards N. ANDOVER, go 0.1 mi

Swimming Workouts
Stiles Pond, Boxford
Note: park in the boat launch parking lot. The other lot (if opened is for a
private beach. Please stay off the beach, it is private. There is a path in the
woods that leads to the pond without going onto the beach.
