Fabio In the News/Time Trial Series

Check out this article in the Eagle Tribune about our own Fabio Piergentili! Standout Cyclist Piergentili a Boon for Local Triathletes

Fabio is a class 2 rider who coaches cyclists with Dawn Lovejoy and Sharon Johnson as a part of the Performance Training Program at the Merrimack Valley YMCA.

On Tuesday nights, Fabio coaches a Time Trial event, which starts at the Dale street Soccer fields. Simply show up at 6:15pm on Tuesdays to participate.
Note: you do not have to be a part of Performance Training nor a member of TriFury to participate.

Performance Training Members: FREE
Trifury: $5.00
General public: $10.00

Up Coming Coached Workout Options

Sharon Johnson, Team Coaching Coordinator, will start up a new series of cached workouts next week.

  • Triathlon Basics: starts May 17th, 2011 on Tuesdays from 6:30-8pm for 8 weeks at the Andover/N Andover YMCA.  Designed to give the basics for triathlon success.
  • Open Water Swims: starts May 23rd, 2011 on Mondays from 6-7pm for 4 weeks (no swim May 30th).  Perfect to target early season open water swim practice.  Prep for the MAX Performance Captain's Pond Open Water Swim Race on June 25, 2011.
  • Bike Skills: 2-4pm the first Saturday of the month through the summer months.  Designed to help riders become more efficent, faster and safer on the bike.

Training Weekend in Waterville Valley, NH Kicks off this Week!
