All sessions will be "total triathlon oriented", meaning the emphasis will be on building strength and technique in the discipline we are focusing on (swim, bike, or run) which can be utilized to enhance performance in the other two sports, i.e., core training.

TriFury is a team and we are participating in group workouts. Let's work hard together and bring out the best in everyone.
2) Psychology
Confidence, Commitment, Concentration, and Composure. These are huge components of Triathlon success. Never leave home without them.
3) Communication with Coaches
Let's keep this very open - We want to hear any concerns, issues, and feedback to improve the workout program and get you the results you want.
